The purpose of this study is to compare the curricula of Iran and G7 countries in two elements of Objective and Content in order to achieve a suitable model for Iran. John Stuart Mill's agreement and difference method was used in this study. The elements of objectives and contents of curricula in the mentioned countries were studied and compared in order to detect similarities and differences. The results of this study proved that the objectives and contents of curricula in G7 countries most often emphasize the areas of internship and employment and are nearly economy-oriented. On the other side, there is not much priority for these issues in Iran and it pays much attention to religious education. However, despite the emphasis of Islam on job and work, there is a gap in addressing this matter in the objectives and content of the course, which suggests that a critical review should be done in this regard.
