زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مداخله تلفنی خانواده‌محور برنامه حرکتی اسپارک بر تبحر حرکتی و شدت علائم اُتیسم کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اُتیسم با عملکرد بالا انجام شد.
روش ­کار: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون و بدون گروه کنترل بود. تعداد 9 خانواده دارای کودک با اختلال طیف اتیسم عملکرد بالا مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز توان‌بخشی ویژه کودکان اتیسم از شهرهای تهران، اصفهان، شهر قدس و کرمانشاه به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند و مداخله در 24 جلسه 45 دقیقه­ای (هفته­ای 3 جلسه) و به مدت 8 هفته به­صورت تلفنی اجرا شد. از مقیاس سنجش شدت علائم اتیسم گیلیام (گیلیام، 1995) و فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه­ تبحر حرکتی برونینگز- اوزرتسکی (برونینگز، 1978) برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون آماری t وابسته تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج حاصل نشان داد که مداخله خانواده­محور تلفنی برنامه حرکتی اسپارک به­طور معنی­داری سبب بهبود تبحر حرکتی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم با عملکرد بالا شده است (05/0p<)، اما تأثیر معنی­داری در شدت علائم اختلال طیف اتیسم در این کودکان دیده نشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مداخله تلفنی خانواده­محور اسپارک روشی اثربخش برای کاهش مشکلات حرکتی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم است.
