Background and Aim: The impact of technology on resilience and health is one of the important effects of science and technology in advancing today's societies (1) and in the past few decades, activities related to science and technology have improved the competitiveness of the economy (2). International science and technology is a tool that can help countries achieve national goals and interests and solve global and regional problems, scientific progress and development, build trust and communication, and strengthen second-class diplomacy ( 3). International science and technology is the creation of a communication channel in which scientific elites and thinkers are used, and in a complex and diplomatic process, thinkers and scientific elites enter the scene and open the space for working conversations. ورودIn the 21st century, diplomacy, like many other concepts, specialized in international relations, and science and technology diplomacy emerged as one of the types of diplomacy (4). Because with the advancement of science and technology, knowledge and technological products have become the main factor in creating wealth and gaining a sustainable competitive advantage for countries (5). The increasing importance of knowledge-based industries has attracted a lot of attention around the categories of learning and knowledge as the core of countries' growth, which is nationally referred to as knowledge-based economy (knowledge-based economy) (6). For more than half a century, economics has not only been on the other side of the coin of foreign policy, but in some countries it has become synonymous with foreign policy. In the words of one economic activist, "today political affairs are the beginning of economic work, and the economy must also strengthen political ties" (7). In a study by Rufin (2020) entitled EU Science and Technology Diplomacy in a Competitive Environment of Multilevel Governance: Ambitions, Constraints and Practical Options, the researcher stated that science and technology diplomacy has recently gained a viable position. It has gained attention in European policy. Both the European Commission and many member states use the term to denote a wide range of issues and activities in relevant policies. In a study by Bahar et al. (2020) entitled Birthplace Diversity (Immigrants) and Economic Complexity: Country Mutual Evidence, researchers experimentally examined the relationship between a country's economic complexity and diversity in its immigrant birthplaces. . Mutual analysis of the United States shows that countries with diversity in higher birthplaces with a standard deviation are economically higher than the economic average by 0.1 to 0.18 standard deviations. In a study by Mishra et al. (2020) entitled Economic Complexity and Globalization of Services, researchers stated that economic complexity emerged as an important measure of the inherent capabilities of countries embodied in the structure of economic production. Come. However, traditional measures of complexity focus only on production-based capabilities, ignoring the growing importance of services in global trade. Since there is little information about the relationship between international science and technology with the health and resilience approach in the cycle of the Iranian medical science system, in this study we seek to answer the question of whether international science and technology with the health and resilience approach Is Avari related to the cycle of the Iranian medical science system?
Materials and Methods: The present study is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population includes all faculty members of medical universities in Mazandaran province in the number of 850 people. From the statistical population of this study, which includes faculty members of medical universities in Mazandaran province, the sampling method is relative stratified, so that each of the three areas of west, east and center of Mazandaran province, the role of a class Will play. The number of samples was determined using Cochran's formula to 265 people. The data collection tool in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire which was obtained based on the results of qualitative analysis and compilation of the final research model. The questionnaire had 51 items that had the dimensions listed in Table 1. How to score the items of the questionnaire used is based on the Likert scale from very low to very high. The validity of the present research questionnaires was determined by face and content validity methods. Content validity ensures that the tool contains a sufficient number of appropriate questions to measure the concept being measured (12). In this study, a pre-test stage was performed to assess the reliability of the questionnaires. First, 30 questionnaires were distributed and collected in the target population and after entering the data, the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) was calculated using SPSS software. According to Cronbach's alpha level higher than 0.7, the results showed that the questionnaire had the necessary reliability. Pearson statistical method and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data.
Findings: According to results, because the significance level of international science and technology variables and health approach (Sig = 0.000) is less than the predicted error value (0.05), so the relationship between the variables is statistically significant. And since the calculated correlation coefficient is equal to 0.585, so with 95% confidence level it can be concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between international science and technology with the health approach; That is, with the rise of international science and technology, the approach to health increases, and vice versa. Also, because the significance level of international science and technology and resilience variables (Sig = 0.000) is smaller than the predicted error value (0.05), so the relationship between the variables is statistically significant and since the correlation coefficient is calculated. Is equal to 0.421, so with a 95% confidence level it can be concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between international science and technology and resilience; That is, with the rise of international science and technology, resilience increases, and vice versa.
Conclusion: Knowledge is considered as one of the most effective forces in economic and social developments and is considered as a public good because knowledge can be shared with others without reduction and depreciation. At the same time, this is a characteristic. It is unique to this public good, which, unlike other physical goods (such as capital, material assets, and natural resources), does not diminish in quantity and can be used many times.). Strengthening the knowledge-based economy will be able to increase constructive and sustainable interaction with the world and strengthen the situation of influencing the world and expanding trade with the countries of the world. Strengthening the knowledge-based economy in any country, strengthens the level of technology, improves productivity, improves institutions and systems of economic incentives, strengthens communication and information infrastructure, diversification in the production of products and export portfolio, production of monopoly products and It will be new and ultimately strengthen the competitiveness of the economy. It is obvious that these effects and changes will also affect the development of economic diplomacy, the expansion of trade with the world, the strengthening of competitive performance in trade, the impact on economic exchanges in the world, attracting more foreign capital and transnational corporations, and finally development. Exports will lead and can have a positive effect on strengthening the extraversion of resistance economic policies. In general, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between international science and technology with the approach of health and resilience in the cycle of the Iranian medical system, so attention to resilience and health in the cycle of the medical system is of great importance. . In fact, international science and technology can lead to the development of resilience and cycle health and performance of the Iranian medical system.
