In the literature there are many reports of metastasis to different parts of brain, but cerebellar metastasis has not been reported yet. In this case study, we discuss a rare occurrence of simultaneous metastasis to brain and cerebellum as a primary presented symptom. Case Report: An 18-year-old woman who was referred due to nausea, vertigo, a severe headache, and blurred vision underwent craniotomy for the resection of brain tumor. Pathologic diagnosis was alveolar soft part sarcoma with metastasis to brain and cerebellum. Conclusion: However, metastasis of this type of sarcoma to cerebellum is considered rare and has not been reported yet. M3 ER -
