It’s the base of treatment. Misdiagnosis is practical for health policy, health education and treatment specifically in pediatrics because of patients who can’t say their problems and parents don’t know more. It is an analytic cross-sectional study on 1090 patients. First and final clinical diagnosis, age, sex, chief compliant and autopsy (if there was) were collected. T-test, chi2, ANOVA and correlation coefficients were used in analysis. The most common chief compliants were fever, vomiting,diarrhea and cough, respectively.
