Our information was extracted from patient’s files and charts. SPSS 17 used for data analysis.   Results: 50.6% of the patients had associated anomalies which included 18% cardiovascular, 15.5% renal, 14.7% gastrointestinal, 13.9% vertebral, 13.1% genitourinary, 8.2% external genitalia. The most prevalent associated anomaly in this study was genitourinary system anomalies and also cardiovascular anomalies in the second rank.   Conclusion: Patients with imperforated anus should undergo a detailed general physical, systemic and radiological examination (Infant gram, Echo cardiography, Ultrasonography of urogenital system) in neonatal period to detect associated anomalies in early period. %> http://rjms.iums.ac.ir/article-1-1827-en.pdf %P 1-7 %& 1 %! %9 Research %L A-10-1-1174 %+ %G eng %@ 2228-7043 %[ 2011
