They frequently disseminate throughout the central nervous system via CSF(cerebrospinal fluid) and may rarely have metastasis outside the neuraxis. Rare cases of primary intraspinal PNETs have been reported so far and most of which are located intradurally in cauda equina. In the present case report, the clinical, radiological and pathological features of a primary intraspinal PNET are presented which all occurred intraspinally in T9 nerve root and radiologically resembled a nerve sheath tumor. %> http://rjms.iums.ac.ir/article-1-81-en.pdf %P 841-846 %& 841 %! %9 case report %L A-10-1-104 %+ %G eng %@ 2228-7043 %[ 2004
