Enuresis is one of the most problematic disease in pediatric Medicine. Prevalence of enuresis IS 3 -20 percent according to different studies. It is more common in boys than girls.

There is different report about relation of enuresis and chronic upper airway obstruction such as adenotonsillar hypertrophy.

This is a prospective study about Relation of adentonsillar hypertrophy and nocturnal enuresis. We also searched the effects of adenotonsillectomy on enuresis. The results was statisitically valuable with 90% success rate.
