Backgrounds: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of pregnancy on the treatment of diabetes-induced liver disease and the expression of the Bax gene, an apoptotic gene, and in the event of damage to the anti-apoptotic activity.

Materials and methods: In this experimental study, 42 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 healthy control groups, diabetic control, control group, 150 controls, and three groups receiving the active ingredient.  All groups except diabetic control group and control group with streptozotocin chemical injected intraperitoneally. Afterwards, they received a cartilage by gavage for four weeks. At the end, the data were evaluated statistically.
Results : Bax gene expression was significantly increased in control group (C) compared to healthy control (A) and control (B-value) control group (P value -0.05). The group receiving a dose of 150 mg / kg of warring drug (G) had a better effect than the dose of 100 mg / kg (F), and this difference was significant (P-value> 0.05). This increase indicates that the dose is dependent on the medication.
Conclusion: According to the evidence, it can be concluded that the reduction of Bax gene expression was dose-dependent. After the development of diabetes in the patientchr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))s group, it has increased significantly and reduced the expression of Bax after use of the chardin, and has been shown to reduce the symptoms and symptoms of diabetes
